  26. Upgrade orders must be pre-paid, no NET terms.  Shipping is not 
  27. included in any price. Customers who purchase NETROOM 3 after 
  28. the product is released, but receive version 2 from a dealer, 
  29. can receive version 3 for free, dated proof of purchase is 
  30. required. Customers who want NETROOM 2.20 (for Windows 3.1 
  31. support) can purchase NETROOM 3 now for the full upgrade price 
  32. and receive 2.20 for free, NETROOM 3 will be sent later. 
  33. Customers who recently purchased the 2.20 upgrade can receive 
  34. full credit for the original order toward the purchase of the 
  35. version 3 upgrade. Customers who want NETROOM 2.20 and do not 
  36. want NETROOM 3 will be charged the standard version 2 upgrade 
  37. charges ($20 for a 1-user).
